Withdrawal and Replacement:
- The Organizer does not provide refunds for cancellations.
- Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. The Organizer must be informed in writing for any substitution of delegate(s). Details of the new delegate(s) must be furnished for registration, billing and receipt purposes (where applicable).
Cancellation and/or Postponement:
- The organizer reserves the right to cancel and/or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances. All delegates will be duly informed.
